Thanks for the comment. This flying butterfly is part of a three aircraft kit from FLITE TEST. The receiver actually has flight stabilization and it is only a two channel system (throttle/rudder) for simplicity. Differential thrust in the two propellers cause a pseudo-rudder effect and overall throttle controls pseudo-elevators. They sell the complete electronic package for a very cheap price. You can also buy the kit or just download the plans and cut yours out of Dollar Tree Foamboard. If you REALLY want to see kids having fun with rc planes, search for Flite Fest videos. You’ll be amazed watching hundreds of kids flying their freshly built creations in multiple combats over the several day events.

Great job teaching her how to fly. The title made me think if the Craft-Air Butterfly, instead of a model of a butterfly.
