I'm compelled to comment on how Jason Simpson keeps cutting people off to move onto the next question. Is he nervous? Is he trying to make sure as many questions are answered as possible? Does he know that half the fun of these things is seeing the personalities behind the characters and the banter between the cast?
Great observations: Jason was not nervous. He IS trying to make sure as many questions are answered as possible. He DOES know that half the fun of these things is seeing the character personalities and the cast banter. (Jason would argue that’s more than half the fun...) Jason was tasked by the event AND the other actors to keep the panel on track, keep it moving, and getting to as many questions as they could, due to their habit of getting sidetracked and missing questions.

I think he is just the designated adult who is trying to keep things moving. In absence of a moderator; someone has to.
