My husband and I like two-toned furniture, too. He made some beautiful things. I have a small cabinet that I remember my dad giving to my mom when I was about four, to hold her embroidery supplies. I painted all but the top an antique white, and sanded the top, then restained it. I use it as a night stand in the guest bedroom. I love all of the things that you are doing! So relaxing to watch.
Those night stands are gorgeous! I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed a YT binge this much. I’m loving how your manager called in the entire inspection crew for this job lol. Even the fur babies were trying to help with the lifting 😂.

It`s amazing what you can do with paint, and hard work. The bench had me a bit concerned when you started beating, grinding and sanding the heck out of it. I could not visualize what you were seeing until you finished. It has that worn yet cared for look and really goes with everything you chose in the room. As always I love seeing your manager make an appearance testing out your new bed and doing a balancing act on the bench. I got a kick out of her with the glasses on. :-) Looking forward to your next project!
Love the transformation. You are so talented!! Just a bit of designer advice you should always put a tab or two on the other side of your bracket. Then your curtain doesn't look boxed in and fits the rod better.

I see you put the beds underneath the windows. Do you live somewhere that in winter and fall is still hot? Because if I did that in here (I live in Buenos Aires, capital city), I'd FROZE in winter and we don't even get snow in this region, as it's tropical but very cold winters. Is it the weather of where you live or you did something to the windows so there's no cold coming from them? Some isolation maybe? I'd also like to know about sound proof if you know about it, as I live in a tall apartment but cars and busses are soooo loud it's annoying (but we cannot change the outside facade of the windows by law :( Loved the video! As always! Besos y abrazos! :) PS: The bedroom looks amazing, but... Are you planning on hanging some paintings or pictures on the walls? I think it would look very nice!
The reason is only because the windows are centered to the room, its more appealing to my eye. Were slowly replacing all of the old windows, so no air comes through... Wish I could help with the sound proof, but I don't know much! ❤️😊

I would suggest you definitely is a mattress pad cover underneath of your sheets. It protects your mattress from getting dirty.

It seems to me that is the case on both sides. One of the legs sticking out on either side. But it indeed looks a bit odd.
