We compare the fastest pokemons of each generation and bring them for the "Final Race". Time in seconds is calculated by dividing Base Speed from a set distance of 1000 units. it does not ignore trick room, the speed stat has a limit and when it's broken it resets back to zero so it's actually benefiting from trick room since, without it, it would move last

Gen 3 was kinda hard to predict because a LOT of pokemons boasted serious speed, but Since Deoxys pretty much specialises in a particular stat, i kinda figured he would win, since he has ability to stat dump.

Because of how trick room works behind the scenes, Deoxys-Speed at x4 speed goes so fast that it would still go first
light explanation: The way trick room determines the actual turn order by treating your speed as if it's [10,000-Speed Stat], and then abusing the fact that, *when determining turn order*, the speed stat overflow starting at 8191 (integer limits) to loop higher speeds to become way smaller than they should be.
problem is, if you have atleast 1809 Speed, then the end product of Trick Room's ends up being too low to overflow and so it stays faster than fucking everything

I used to use Inkay (the Dark/psychic squid looking pokemon) the skill Topsy-Turvy was so funny it flips stat boosts (using "Agility" 4x maxes speed out, use Topsy-turvy now speed is lowered to its lowest level). Ahh fun times
