For the first time in a while, Rondo was actually the glue guy and veteran leader for this team
Lmfao people really look at Dallas and just straight away think Rondo was the problem. Besides Dallas, name another place where players didn't like him or playing with him. He does clash heads with some coaches but at the end of the day he's well respected around the league.

They were beaten in the playoffs respectably by the soon to be champions GSW, without Boogie Cousins and a Stephen Curry who would absolutely not let an injury get in his way.

This was also the team where Tony Allen, Jameer Nelson and Emeka Okafor played their last games with before retirement. The last time good role players like Nikola Mirotic, Etwaun Moore, Darius Miller and Ia Clark played meaningful minutes in the NBA. Guys were brought up from the G-League and what not. It wasn’t all rainbows and sunshine but damn was it fun to watch them play basketball.
