Dude I've been binging Davie for a couple weeks now lol. I just found him and he is awesome. I am a guitarist but man he is just so awesome and such a good bass player! Honestly, I've slept on bass a lot but Davie and some others have really shown me the bass is an amazing instrument.
That wasn’t a battle, that was an epic musical achievement. I never thought two basses could sound that good together. Do this again and again.

I was a guitar player and I remember I used anything as plectrum to play a lot of PanterA's songs, like books or pillows. So I challenge you to play any PanterA's song with a Zanichelli enciclopedia. Good luck!

@@rentoz5264 Charles is simply a better bassist than Davie. I think it comes down to when he started though... Davie said he started when he was 17, so it's damn impressive where he's at. Charles probably started several years earlier in his life. Either way, both are amazing, but Charles is not just a virtuoso bassist but also a great composer. Glad I found his music through Davie.

The best and funniest bass video challenge ever. I'm an old, and I mean OLD lifelong finger player, and I see what these sneaky guys are doing. Yeah, they slap, but I haven't seen either punch, and I mean beat the living hell out of the instrument, and do so in front of a large audience while sweating buckets under lights. I'll always win that challenge, but playing music isn't competition (but I win if it is!). ....both of these amazing young guys play circles around me, even back at my best. I bet I broke more strings than either ever will, even sober. Great video.
