Not to mention the whole golden ticket fiasco. Yeah it worked out well for Dwight but Michael didn't know it would when he asked him to take the fall.
Besides Andy needed to learn the truth eventually. Angela was too much of a coward to tell him and Andy kept planning and wasting money so in a way Michael was helping him.
Michael: urine goes all over the place. You can't control it.

now we see why angela and dwight are ok taking michael's job later to save theirs...hes a jerk...up to this point due to the halloween episode where devan gets fired and names all the people that he invites from the office to come with him to the bar mike angela and dwight are the only ones he does not name cause they are not cool and it always felt like michael angela and dwight were on one side and everyone else on the other until after this episode..you can tell this pissed angela off and dwight felt used too...mike is now alone
And thus began Dwight's journey towards crime, eventually resulting in an attempt to frame a colleague with caprese salad.
With his greatest achievement being his Chandelier heist and he know rests comfortably in Berlin

Dwight is a true man of integrity even though he broke the law.

I like how creed was saying the exact type of weed.
This episode broke my heart. It’s all fun to prank Dwight but Dwight giving mike his urine was everything he was against. But Dwight loved michaael so much, he went against his principles. Maybe this was the episode he started to see Michael differently.

Dwight didn't follow the chain of command when he acted without Michael's consent. What Michael should have done when Dwight turned in the roach is to tell him to throw it away and get back to work because it could have been from anyone in the complex or someone off the street. If you call the police they'll just come by and pick it up or tell you to throw it away.
Chain of command would not apply here.
