@@BenHeath I might as well ask now while I know you’re on the platform. I watched another video that talked about your magnet being categorized under the engagement option. I’m going through your video and it says to select the sales or leads. Is that still the current strategy you would use? My strategy is to use one magnet ad, and then 10 other ads to float in front of my potential client over the next five days. Basically it’s an 11 ad campaign. Should I Select leads or sales? Hey Ben, question related to currency for the payment method. I'm in South Africa and the payment method on my website is through PayPal, and because it isn't yet available in ZA, I've selected USD as payment method for the item. However Facebook requires payment currency for their payment method but I don't know if I want to permanently select USD or Rands, as one can't change it later. What would be the best to do considering that I sell digital products online, which I want to be available worldwide. Looking forward to your response!

Hi Ben thank you so much. So you can add in numeral facebook accounts from clients and after their consent be able to post for them. How about instagram accounts of clients? Does it work the same way? I get the notice that I can only add one instagram account. What does that mean?

Ben - awesome video. I set my account up wrong awhile back. I have a business page and I went to create a business account in business manager and I got the message unable to create account. You have reached the limit for the number of businesses you can create at this time. I have been on chat with FB for at least two hours today. Any advice on my next step? I need to get this worked out and I am not sure what I should do.

At 4:10 you talk about adding an existing page. I've been pulling my hair out on this one! I am an admin on a Page which also has a connected Instagram account and I am trying to move them into a new Business Account. When I enter the page into The field and click "Next" it asks me to confirm and click the 'Claim Page and Instagram" button, agreeing to terms etc. This is where it fails. The pop-up window tries to Auth on Instagram but is giving an error. I am already logged into IG in the same browser so not sure why it's trying to Auth again. The result is it won't complete the process. Any insight would be very much appreciated!

Hello! I created business account for the business I work for, they already had a FB page. I finally managed to create the business account and now when I try to add a payment method it is automatically showing my personal details /expired/ that I had put in years ago for something totally different. Is that normal? How to move forward?

There are scenarios in which broad targeting works well. But it's not every scenario. I think they are being too simplistic. I would check my videos on that topic for more info on that :)

You just helped me claim so many of my pages. I kept thinking I did it wrong and had to start over. I’m like a agency for my own businesses. I need help with clients that I work with. How can I utilize your services? I work with inmate and disabled authors and looking to scale soon with my state but I want the best for my clients. It’s nonprofit so I would be paying that’s why I wouldn’t refer them until they finish the program or doesn’t go through it.

Is it counterproductive to run more than one retargeting Ad at a time to the same audiences? For example, product testimonials from different people via video targeted against the same retarget audiences- website visitors, IG, FB?
No, I would actually argue the opposite. It's helpful because it takes longer for your ads to fatigue.

Hey man, I really appreciate the updated guide. It's so strange though, when I'm helping my client through this, I'm in meta business but I don't see any of these options here... I go to business settings and then it takes me back to the meta login again? Also it won't let me add someone to the account that's not already a friend. Perplexed over here

Did you create a new account outside of your personal account? I have this same question as well
@@artesialynnlewis Yes, you have to create a new ad account under your new business manager account, so things stay organized and safe (otherwise, you risk of getting your whole personal fb account blocked which will make you lose access to ALL of your assets)

Hi Ben! Do you recommend we test with CBO and scale with CBO or ABO?
I'd go with one or the other for both - usually CBO

Yes he will still retain access and be able to see all of that.
Hi Ben, I'm just very confused with Meta and ads manager. I am currently managing a Facebook page of someone, and I'm trying to go to Ads manager to create a campaign. What if, i had to manage lots of brands. such as one mother company had several sister companies, and they wanted to advertise them all. including the mother company. should I make a lot of Facebook account for them all, or I just need 1 FB account and create FB pages as much as I want? 1 FB to manage all brands, or each brands need to make 1 FB? thankyouuu
Good question - I would create one ad account for each. It’s more work but that is the better set up and you’ll likely thank yourself later on - particularly if an ad account gets disabled

I have a question about facebook business page/account, I manage a facebook business page that I did not set up and am unable to set up shopping. On the business page I have full access.
When I go into my facebook business suite, that business page shows up as an asset rather than a business account. Does this mean there is no business account set up for that business page?
When I go on the business page (it is in the new pages experience), It shows all the people with page access and at the bottom under business account access, it shows the name of the business with a meta business account ID.
Does this mean there is a business account set up but I do not have access?

When selecting Conversion Event:
Purchase. The following pops up:
Your ad may not be optimized for conversions because we haven't
received any activity from the conversion you selected at all or in
more than 14 days.
What should be done in this case?
Nothing - you haven't generated any purchases yet and that's all this error is telling you. When you generate purchases, this will go away.
