- It took a while for God to bless us with children and it wasn't an easy journey. There was a lot of frustration and a lot of waiting, but He showed that He keeps true to His promises. We've never kept our adoption story a secret but this is the first time we will share a detailed story of how we formed our family. We decided to do this video to celebrate National Adoption Day and National Adoption Month. We want people to know that adoption is something to be proud of and a family is not only formed biologically, but more importantly through LOVE. We also want to give glory to God because if it weren't for Him we would not have our 3 beautiful kids. #AlapagFamilyFun #NationalAdoptionMonth #NationalAdoptionDay

I got pregnant at the age of 37 turning 38. I am very thankful and always praising God for the most precious gift.
I love how Lj had taken care of herself, chosen a good & decent man, and built a good family. She had it going for herself in show business, but she didn't succumb to the ills of the industry. She was always wiser than her peers. This family is blessed.

ive read an article about how you adopted your first child and then found out days later that you are pregnant with your first biological child. it was touching! it is indeed God's way of blessing you with another child who is in need of parents like you. you are blessed!
I started crying when Jimmy Alapag cries. You can really feel his sincerity and happiness when they can finally adopt the child.😄😄😄

I remember few years ago, we saw Jimmy and Ian at Ace Water Spa, he was teaching him how to swim. And can't help but admire how they look at and enjoy each other. My boyfriend supposed to approach Jimmy since he is his idol but I stopped him and told him not to disturb their father and son time. It was full of love.
Mabuhay sa mga adopted son or daughter, it was not easy to accepted pero take it as a positive way. We are are still blissed and we are loved 😍💋 spread the love
I was so touch especially jimmy telling that he was turn into his work and he wants to personally pick up Ian at that moments he was really attached to Ian and so with LJ .. It's god plays an important role your such a good couple very dedicated to your kids keona who she looks to Ian with much proud and close ties and so with the baby brother.. Your a blessed couple keep it .. God loves your family
I really don’t know why yt recommended this video to me. But your adoption story made me cry and gave me hope to have our own child soon. But for now, we’re happy and complete because the baby we adopted is turning 1 next month. However, for almost 6years being married, we are still praying to God for a child/children of our own. Ian was so blessed to have you as parents. I used to visit him in Grace To Be Born. I got too attached to him because he was too sweet! Then one day, when I visited, he wasn't there anymore. I was told that you were now his parents. That day I felt broken. But I am thankful that God blessed him to be a child of yours ❤ nakakamiss si Ian! 💕

There’s no wrong in adopting a child. Sometimes those people who aren’t your blood are the people who truly care for you. We have a cat which we adopted from the shelter here in the US. Yay, she truly makes our day. We treated her like a member of the family. She sleeps with us in bed. We cuddled and pamper her. Love love love our marshmallow the cat. ❤️🇺🇸💕
You have no idea what this means to someone like myself. Three years of trying, a twin pregnancy that ended in miscarriage. Expensive diagnostics did not find anything "wrong". I'm 37 and felt so hopeless. But now we are turning to adoption. This video means so much. Thank you.

Was crying almost the whole time i was watching this. I already have 2 girls of my own, but for some reason, ive always had this desire to adopt a child. Love is love. Family is not always blood. The only requirement for becoming a parent is to be able to be there for the child so its very important to first find oneself and be all together and stable - if you want to raise a child.

2018 when we applied for adoption thru DSWD. Few months after a baby boy was matched. Fast forward, he is now 3 years old. 2 years after the adoption, I found out I was pregnant. After 13 looong years!!! Indeee a grace of God!

@1:00 I totally agree on this. Like pag may family reunions, may mga relative na magsasabi ng mga words like "Ay mahina". Me and my wife are trying so please spare us those words, hindi ka naman nakakatulong. After a year of trying, God blessed us with a baby boy and he is 10 months now.

Such a wonderful and inspiring stories. God Bless this couple and their kids. This is a proof that Good things happens for those one who patiently wait and trust God. Do good and you will be rewarded. Growing up, I believe that we make own destiny but as i grow older i realize that God's plan will always arise above all. I am also an adopted child and i knew it when i was still little. To be honest being an adopted child is hard sometimes i feel that no matter how i worked hard i will never fit to satisfied my parents hunger to have their own child and it makes me feel i am not enough. But thank God that my parents were both loving and very supportive as well as the family of both my Mom and Dad. I served Lord by Joining Choir in Church and i always do good at School just to make my parents proud every single day. One day a tragic things happened. My dad had a mistress cause he really wanted to have a child of his own blood and my Mom was hurt so much caused her to have a heart attack. I was only 11 years old when that happen. After a few months My Dad brought his new family to our home. I was so confused and very sad. I missed my mom so much. It makes me feel more sad seeing my Dad happy with his new Family. I saw in his eyes the happiness that his own kids brought him than what i can give him. I feel so lonely that time. I asked God Why? I served him, I did well on School, i obey and appreciate my parents so much. And then i was lost when i turn my back to God. Things become worst and my Dad send me back to the province. From there i experience poverty and loneliness that i never thought i would experience. I asked again God. Why me? What Did i do wrong. I prayed and turn back to him and thats when i realized that he actually did me a favor to at least experience to have a family. He mold and put me on that hard situation to make me strong. To learn that nothing is permanent in life. We should be thankful for what have been given to use rather than to ask what we dont have. Now i had nephews and knees whom i adopted and treated as my own kids. God plan all of this to be my training ground on how to be good and how to handle adopted kids.
