Takamoto has some chance for podium this year, he is showing some improvements this year, I think he is close. Neuville, Tanak and Rovampera is more likely to compete for the top. Rovampera doesnt have to be so careful anymore, he doesnt really need the points for the year, so maybe more mistakes?

Why do the recce cars retain the standard mirror on the right side but give the driver a smaller carbon fibre custom part? Is it so the co driver can better look behind he car and spot stones that may be hidden behind bushes when viewed from the other direction? But the drivers don't usually look to the rear so that's were manufacturer save weight and drag and make sure the mirror is less likely to get knocked off?

Hi, just a question... Does anyone know why Hyundai use BMWs as their recce cars?
I guess it's because they are just based in Germany😂
Probably because they dont want fwd for gravel recce, a car with a similar size to the rally car and none that is from a competitor in WRC1 and 2 (So no VAG, No Subi/Toyota and no Focus RS)
