take both of them out of the case and put them back in, Tap both of the earbuds at the top 5 times if it starts flashing let it do its thing for a couple of seconds and otherwise try tapping the top a few more times till it flashes and you should be set

Unable to know the bud is charging or not
It does have a hiss when there’s no audio signal.
