On the other Chabad video, the wrap which is the very next wrap after the one that completes the shin, he counts as 1, then wraps 6 more times, with the spacing being the first 3 wraps and then then a grouping of 4 ending before the wrist bone. But here it's a half followed by 6 wrappings followed by the "other half wrap" with the grouping as 2 + 4 in the middle. I'm a bit confused. I realize they both = 7 but I've heard it these two ways. Both are ok then?

Why is the chabad method the dalet is backwards. Doesn't that invalidate the dalet ?
Good job, but you should explain that is forbidden to talk between the tefiling of the arm until you put the tefiling of the head
