What a coincidence....I was only telling my friends last week that I had spotted the most incongruous sight of a CSL driving out of Sainsbury's, (not what you expect to see in the general scheme of things). I then followed this car with John at the wheel around the town before we went in different directions. It is a beautiful car which is set-off by the Alpina wheels - an absolute credit to him. I have had many BMW's over the years including a CSL briefly in the late 70's and more 2002 tii's than I can remember (in the days when they were worth very little) ....eventually running a BMW Dealership throughout the 80's to early 90's. These cars are elegance itself....unlike the current range.
No, you pulled out of Sainsburys, ( I came out of the pet shop carpark opposite), I then followed you along Draymans until you turned right onto Normandy Drive, and I turned left towards the high street. It looked lovely in the sunlight.
