Electromagnetic RAIL GUN!!! - DIY with parts you have at home

This exhibit builds intuitions among electricity, magnetism, and forces. Current flows one way, magnetic fields point another, and the rod rolls...wait? It goes THAT way??? Ethan built this exhibit as part of PHYS 4500 at Cornell University in Spring 2022.

If I put the rod 90 degrees to how u put it and increased the voltage significantly with a longer barrel, in theory would it act as a rail gun?

pLEASE help they are abusing Electromagnetic Energy on Australians as test subjects in a rural town Called Northam Western Australia. The town is the town that care forgot. The team has gone rogue and are basically pointing the electromagnetic device= at women causing unwanted electromagnetic charge to her private parts. What can be done to protect these women. Again the Scientific Community of Western Australia has gone rogue using their Electromagnetic and Subatomic particle accelerator. Given the town has a histoty of low income and high drug use, Perfect test subjects. Please help with class action lawsuit.
