I’ve been loving your videos man and how you’ve been uploading them so fast. I feel like 1.5 has led to a resurgent in Victoria Contin creators and in general this was probably the version that should’ve been released. Then again I can’t think of a paradox game that hasn’t been nearly totally changed after initial release in terms of flushing out features and expanding on things that might be considered a bit more hollow in terms of complexity and options.

It's not strictly necessary. Intelligentsia will support Multiculturalism if you go directly from National Supremacy or Racial Segregation into Multiculturalism. It's already being at Cultural Exclusion that makes them like the current law enough not to want further change.
