Baldy Catz is plural (sort of). It was started by one baldy cat and taken over by another. Cool catz, both of 'em.
I subscribed to MR. SENSIBLE when you had 3 patreons. I don't know how many subs you had, but you helped pull me through the boredom of lockdown etc.
I tried to watch the others but didn't really like them. So I stuck with MR. SENSIBLE. And as I mentioned earlier, I don't watch the live streams very often, I don't have time for that.
So to me you will always be MR. SENSIBLE.
So, as I am still confused.... Where can I find YOU?

You could have retained this channel as it is and converted the one you received (Baldy Catz) into the live channel or whatever. Otherwise, it is confusing.
LIVE streams damage channel stats because of YT algorithm. Makes sense to put vids (with their higher viewing figures) on the larger channel.

I never understood the difference between Conspiracy Catz and Baldy Catz. I'm not sure I'm less confused now. If someone understands feel free to elaborate.
There's also Culture Catz, to substitute for Conspiracy Cats (me thinks).....
I won't claim to retain knowledge of, or have ever been given exact reasons, but I know that his students were aware of one of his channels, and he wanted to make different kinds of content, so he made another channel. One he could put up sciency stuff and debunks, another for branching out, letting his hair down.
The way I see it is, he had three kitchen drawers. One for knives, one for spoons, one for forks and spatulas, but all of that can fit in one drawer, or he found a sporkula, or he just wants to play with knives and gave away all his forks and spoons and spatulas. LOL
I mean, I kinda understand it better than I can describe it, but there's at least a little something to chew on while he's cooking up the main course. 😁
@@heatshield Thanks. That gives a little more definition of thr rationale. I still couldn't tell the difference between the two channels in terms of content though. Anyway. Now ownership has been transferred I guess the channel differences will be clearer.

I'll never understand why You Tube 'presenters' start a channel then feel the need to create separate ones for any other different subjects they want to cover. Waste of time, I cant be arsed watching the same presenter going on about 'my other channels' blah, blah, blah. I just unsubscribe from the lot like Ive now done for this one. Cheerio!
CZcams might not be for you
Short answer, the CZcams algorithm.
Slightly longer answer, if you have multiple different kinds of content on a channel your audience can split with some watching some content preferentially and others different content so neither appeals to the whole audience. CZcams sees that as not doing well and promotes it less

I think this is wonderful. Because I *hate* livestreams and *hate, despise, detest and loathe* debates. They are too rambling and waste too much of my time.
I realize that many viewers love the live stuff, and that's fine. I realize that some creators get more revenue for less effort with the live stuff, and more power to them. But it's not for me.
So thanks for the split. Once things have settled down and I'm reasonably sure it will continue, I will unsubscribe from here. No offense, but if it's purely for live stuff then it is of no interest to me. Maybe I'll drop in for something special that takes my interest (if I learn of it) but otherwise I will avoid it.
