Shift to professional armies, emergences of the nation states, secularization of politics and religious tolerance make this war not pointless.

France definitely wasn't the sole "winner" of this war. Swedish history considers the 30 years war to be the road to the Swedish Empire. After the war's end, not only had Sweden established itself with one of the most modern armies of the era, but gained new territories on the continent which, although small in size, held important trade lanes which filled the Swedish coffers.
Not only that, but the war was very important for the Swedish image, and would shape it in a way that lasted centuries. The 30 year war was the first great conflict in which the press took a notable role, and both sides (though particularly the protestants) were known to employ heavy propaganda through these new papers.
To the protestants in the Holy Roman Empire, Gustav II Adolf (Gustavus Adolphus) became a hero and was dubbed "Der Löwe aus Mitternacht" - The Lion of Midnight, alluding to the fact that Sweden was often referred to as the Midnight Land, but the title was later turned into the now more commonly known "Lion of the North". Just shortly after his death a chapel was planned to be erected upon the ground where he had fallen, but the plans never came to fruition. Though the king entered the war for political and economical reasons rather than religious ones, without Swedish intervention the German Protestantism may well have been eradicated.
To many Catholics however, the Swedish king became the devil incarnate. Although the Holy Roman Emperor said he regretted to hear the Swedish King had died, rather than been brought to the negotiation table, many parts of Catholic Europe celebrated when news of Gustavus' death reached them. In Spain, the bastion of Catholicism, Gustavus was known by such epitaphs as "Monstruo de Stocolmia" (The monster of Stockholm) and "Tirano de Suecia" (The Swedish tyrant).

In the great Northern war, Denmark, Poland-Lithuania and Russia had to ally to defeat small Sweden. That if anything is pathetic.

You forgot the Danish war against Sweden (Torstenson War) and that Sweden occupied most of the HRE, even reaching Praha and capturing everything bar the citadel. Saxon and Brandenburg armies fighting against Sweden were completely wiped out, and their state treasury's collecting nothing, having no control over their own land. Also, the Spanish came very close to taking Paris in 1636, before they withdrew and then the French stated to severely damage them. This led To Portuguese and Catalan Revolts.

Well, for few decades only and I wouldn't say they were as powerful as France or Austria. After great initial success they lost II Northern War after all. During the reign of Charles XI Swedish influence in Europe greatly diminished and Charles XII reign was in the end disastrous and definitively ended Swedish dominion over Baltic.

You have plenty of mistakes in your video, although I like the format. Just to highlight a few, during the French phase, the Swedes were still very much active in military affairs. Torstensson almost Marched to Vienna for example and won plenty of important battles. Also, you would need to add Sweden as the winners of the war, as they gained hegemony over the baltic, and a status as a great power in Europe as a result of the war. All this well after Gustavus' death.
