THUMPS UP if you've seen that Pothos on the fireplace double its size in the past year lol
I finally have my first ever jeans and this video came in a perfect timing. Im 30 years old and never wear jeans before hehehe
Welcome to the jeans world!!
While I bought my first tailored trouser ! 🙋♀️
Me too I used to wear jeans in my 20s and I bought my first jeans in my 30s last year. Trying to figure out how to elevate my jeans look because I don’t like casual looks
@@Martina_E - what about casual dressing with classy accessories?
I am learning and loving Audrey’s advice about fashion.
Casual is no longer a baseball cap and overalls. No, it can be casual with the simplicity of sleek scarves and cute handbags. Use your own ingenuity for what looks and feels best on you.
Most don't look exactly "baggy" to me, I'd say "relaxed" instead. I prefer something between "relaxed" and "fitted", just short of "skinny". I'm short, anything wider than fitted makes my legs look even shorter.
I'd say exactly the same thing.
Me too. I decided to try a pair of more relaxed, straight-leg jeans (I refuse to go full on wide leg) when I am usually dedicated to skinny. I got them to be comfortable working from home. It’s hard to get them to look right when I go out and want to look nice. This video is so helpful.
The only you tube channel that makes me feel so calm due to your voice and your positive energy!!
Always so happy to see a new video from you. Great style!
Who could give this classy gentle woman a thumbs down? Seriously!! Thank you again for great tips.!
I've never tried high-waisted jeans becos i have a short-torse/long-legged proportion, until I found a high-waist baggy boyfriend jeans and I'm in love. This look book is perfect timing too!!
I have the same issue and body proportion. I find that the Madewell classic straight leg works really well.
I'm in awe of how different each look was! A pair of jeans can be truly versatile. Thank you for demonstrating this so elegantly ❤️
Finally... no more skinny jean obsession in fashion! This style works for me and always has. I too love that it’s easy to find this style second hand.. Great styling ideas, Audrey! Thanks for two videos in one week.
Nothing like a comfortable, hugging skinny jeans in colder weathers.
I love your gentle speaking voice and how you encourage trial of our own likes to incorporate these jeans!
I think the cap-toe pumps and chanel-esque jacket are my favorite combo pieces for the straight leg baggy jeans!
Audrey, I love your hair styled this way! The flowing waves are beautiful. You look great as always. 💐
Love the maroon sweater with the jeans! So cute! 💕
Thank you Audrey, I love the different styling you presented with these type of jeans - classic, chic, pretty, ‘sexy’ and casual ! ❤️🇨🇦
I'm so happy this style is coming back. Loved your tips here, as always xx
I've been watching FRIENDS and the first few seasons in the 90s had amazing style
Agreed! A very timeless look. These jeans can be the focal point, or the structure/framework to show off incredible shoes, jackets, accessories, etc. LOVE all the looks you've put together!
They look great on you! I'm not sure I could pull this style off with my short legs - but I might try some on.
I just got a pair of loose fit, high waited jeans at a thrift store and cut the hem myself to make my own rough hem jeans. Cost $6. Since I'm not sure how I will feel about wearing them this was a better option for me. I admit they make me feel sloppy. I think they're fine with more casual shoes and tops but not dressy shoes and blouses.
It might be cute to go the other route and wear them w a pretty blouse and dressy shoes!
I agree with feeling sloppy in this style of jeans. I'm so used to the snugger fit of straight jeans but I'll try.
You are already very elegant but white really makes you shine.
Also Audrey, thank you for the effort you make filming clips in beautiful locations and using women of different shapes and ethnicities as example 🤍🕊️
Omg I just bought a pair of baggy straight jeans, this is so helpful 💜
Too good! Every look was perfect x x
Just came across your channel on my YT recommendations and was not disappointed by it! Chic style yet relatable, high quality videos and editing and the very soothing and elegant narration. I’m about to binge your videos this Sunday. Congratulations on you content Audrey! I’m happily a new subscriber 🙃
Yay! Thank you so much! ❤️🤗
The outfits are wearable! And you are right….I have everything in my closet! Thank you!
So glad to see you bring classic fashions into current styles in your latest videos. You are making great choices in clothes and jewelry and color.
A great pair of jeans can take us far!
I really like the 90s style jeans, but I've always considered them tricky to style- I'm petite, but I have wide hips and a butt 😅 wearing them makes me look even shorter and kinda stout. I really appreciate these tips, though, Audrey, thanks!
same. I wear what looks good for me. I can't do trends that often.
@@marig9236 same here! Over the years I've learnt what works and what doesn't.
in fact i purchased a mid-rise jean a few yrs back and it looks like high-wasted on me. just awful
I find myself wanting to try these trends but then I remember that my legs are super short, my hips and thighs make my upper leg look super wide, AND I’m very bowlegged 😅
Hi Danielle .I,m petite and have similar shape to yours , straight jeans looks really good on me and comfortable . I ,ve worn this style more than 20 years and very easy to dress. Its all about balancing . Choose a pair that fits perfectly at your hip and looks straight than maybe taper in slightly but straight down to at least to your ankle or longer , than wear 2 inch heels with them . Make sure they are high waisted or waist level to make you look taller . Also choose a darker shade denim and thinner denim.
This is what most French girls wear .
How lucky you are! Your husband is probably the only one who loves to listen his wife talking all the time :)
Thanks for everything!!
Thanks for the outfit inspo Audrey! I find that this type of jean fills you our really nicely, very flattering!
Much thanks, beauty of your content is you simplify things and make it work for us. 🙏. Allways look forward to your posts .
Thanks for two videos in the same weekend😍
I managed to get it right and I'm thrilled with the looks I've created. What I really need know, Audrey, is: what is the music playing behind your presentation? It is so nice!
Thank you Audrey for your amazing haul inspiration!!! Love!!
Loving these “style x piece in many ways” videos, thank you!
Love all these looks..so classy, effortless and easy to pull off with shoes, tops and jackets we already have in our closet - great ideas!🌹🌼
Loved it!!
Love the lookbook! The visual on styling is so helpful in putting the look together. Thank you Audrey.
Perfect and exactly what I needed as I am in a jean mood.
Your voice is just heavennnnlyyyyy!!!! I just love your videos because they make fashion so relaxing and not stressful or overwhelming! Feels very mindful which is so nice.
Love the look, I enjoyed styling my last style video. Love how everything came together!
Classy, tasteful, lovely and fresh.....beautiful outfits...
Lovely videos-stylish and on point-Timeless and classy as always Audrey ! Beautiful! ❤️⭐️🥰🤗❤️💜❤️💜⭐️💞💜💞
Could you do a Ted Baker or Polo Ralph Lauren look book?
Love the 90s jeans and your lookbook!
I really needed this instruction with that style of Jean
You always look so classy and effortless. Love the music in this video too!
Great looks! I'll watch this again. Thank you!
Gorgeous as always! Love all the locks and the music as well! So soothing! Thanks Audrey. Stay safe! Greetings from The Netherlands.
Thanks, Audrey for this!! super helpful :)
I loved how your shoes really packed a punch with dressing up or down the outfit.
You always have content with great value. And its so calming to watch your videos :)
So great outfits!
I like your jewelry---the necklace and the earrings.
I love the videos you make. So helpful. Great advice. You are just lovely❤
That white blouse is adorable!
Great styling ideas ❤️ always so chic. Also loving your chunky necklace.
Love these jeans.. they seem to elongate the legs in the best way.
Nice, I have a pair that don't make me feel my best but are GREAT for lounging around in at home. I was contemplating getting rid of them, but I think I know how I want to improve them now thanks to this video! Brb I'll just be taking them in at the waist and hips :))
Straight leg 90s leg look not bad. More my style.
I liked all the combinations.
Great tips! 🤗
Today's jewelry is beautiful Audrey!!
Any tips for someone with an hourglass figure styling these?
Levi's Wedgie fit. Don't let "wedgie" stear you away. I have a more ample bottom & hips. Size up.
You can check out last video from Andreea Ali (Aliandreea on youtube) She’s a make up artist but she has recently uploaded a video with lots of casual chic outfits , and she has an hourglass figure too. Hope it helps !
The Levi's Ribcage straight ankle jeans has a fitted high waist, while also being adapted for curves and a straight fit. A favorite of mine, they exist in a variety of colours and many of them are 99% cotton 1% elastane, so they are also very durable.
I just found your channel, I live in San Sebastián in the Basque country (Spain). I really liked it, you are charming and your loocks are very flattering and elegant. thanks for sharing. Greetings
Perfection 🥰
Great tips!!!
Great inspiration thank u
The chain necklace you're wearing is gorgeous!!!! Where is it from?
love the look book! It's perfect timing since I just got a few pairs of mom jeans and for experimental purposes (I've always been wearing slim fit/ skinny jeans my whole life). I feel like the mom jeans are just too baggy for me, a petite, and just look awkward, especially from behind. I will try and see if I can pull the baggy jeans off as you do and also I'd be interested to see how the jeans fit you in the back. Maybe my jeans look weird because I haven't found a perfect pair of mom jeans for me yet
At first I was skeptical when I saw the title, but all of those outfits were a slam dunk.
I also love your necklace-so beautiful.
Jewelry info please!! The bold chain necklace and earrings are stunning!!
Wow! When you put on that very gamine cropped striped shirt, you glowed! 🤩💫
Thanks for your tutorial. Can you make a video on the right lenght of each cut of jeans please
Ms. Coyne, you have a beautiful soothing unique voice. AND you look too cute in all "the looks" you modeled. Thanks for the inspiration.😉
Cute outfits
I like the little black cropped tee with the white bag and scarf. May need to try something like that! Is there a way to pair them with a longer cardigan and converse?
That style didn't suit me in the 90s and would make me look / feel frumpy now. But Audrey, you look fabulous! Stay safe and best wishes from Australia 🤗
I loved your background music from your videos would you be able to post links so we can download your playlists. Thanks great video by the way!
Great tips! Also, I love your hair! What products do you use for that nice curl?
Beautiful ideas! I like to wear jeans! 😍👌👖
I love your videos 🥰🥰🥰🙏🙏🙏
Dear Audrey. Thank you so much for so much inspiration! I love your video! I have one question. I think we are pretty the same size. Please tell me what size of the camel classic coat from the Curated do you have? Thank you so much for your answer.
Thank you so much! I have both in xxs ❤️
Oh thank you some one shows us 90 jeans 🤗
Thank you for the tips. I recently left my skinny for a few boyfriend jeans.... Feeling like Madonna in her videos 🤣
Love the Jean colour! In between blue and grey. Hard to find
I love your videos. But i have a very difficult time with jeans bc I am so slim from the hips down and no butt to speak of. Are these jeans going to accentuate my less then attractive derrière?
Nice madam, i like that style!
burgundy sweater ♥️
I don't like jeans. I wear mostly pants and skirts . But I love you! :))
Beautiful looks, and I really love your chunkier jewelry! Where’s the ring on your right hand from? ❤️
Check out other videos, Lisa, Audrey talks about the sources of her treasures. I'm flipping back bc I finally decided to replace a long-lost signet ring like hers.
Thank you so much! It’s the zodiac signet by Asha :)
Looking effortlessly chic as usual ! I am only 160cm, so i feel like a boot cut suits me better than a straight leg, however seeing these looks i might actually give it a try
Hi Audrey! Been a fan for several years now...wondering if youd share the brand of those fantastic pointy toe boots you bought off Poshmark? Always love your content. Your photographic eye is amazing ❤
You look great in everything,Audrey 👍🏻 I was distracted by the door knob. Why is it so low?
Keep going
❤️❤️
Love the necklace! Where is it from?
🙂 Do you wear your Converse?
Love your jewelry in this video. Link it?
I can't get myself to like any jeans that aren't skinny 😭 I wish I did I guess. But anything else seems so umflattery on me
Try a cigarette jean it helps give you a skiny jean look but easier to get your feet into
Styling makes a huge difference too! Play with different kinds of rolling, colours, and waist heights. I like a medium blue with more of a mom fit (slim through high waist and thigh, and looser through the calves). Boyfriend fit only works on me if it's pretty slim and as the other commenter said more cigarette style. I find they always overwhelm my frame, so I use a pin role with skinny Chelsea Boots and a slim top or easily tucked.
Sometimes it just takes time to get used to seeing yourself in different silhouettes. You could try wearing a mom/boyfriend/cropped bell jean around the house and see if it grows on you :) (used stores are great for this)
Totally agree with you.. just looks so awful
