One time I was in a bar in the Caribbean and a Scots bloke I was talking to picked up on my now very slight accent. "Newport, I bought a car from there years back. Do you know Honest Ken's ?" Typical, travel halfway around the world and get chatting to a bloke who bought a car 10 minutes from where I was brought up.
