Man, I was coming into my teens when this was aired. I grew up watching Buffy and this song always stuck with me, very moving and I remember longing for a girl I could marry even then at that age. Buffy and Angel had a great on-screen love story between the two of them. Coincidentally, my first girlfriend in high school was in 1998 and I used to think of scenes like this. Although we drifted apart after high school, we kept on bumping into one another in the most random places over the years - when we were 18, again at 24 and finally together at 27. We're now married with a family and I couldn't have married a more perfect and beautiful woman. God's providence certainly brought us back together. We should have always been together, I was just too stupid to have known it in the years before and I count my blessings every day.
I am a very blessed man, my wife is the best and I thank God for her every day ❤️
I remember during the Prom scene where they are dancing this song was playing and I was just thinking "this scene is absolute perfection".
There is nothing like Buffy/Angel. Like Joss said himself at the end of the series, Buffy and Angel transcend everything. I even genuinely liked Spike and Buffy but absolutely nothing could compare to the love that Buffy and Angel had. I liked that the series always made clear of that fact.
While I respect your opinion and I totally understand there are two camps. It is Buffy&Spike=Forever for me! 😊💖👍🏼🍻🍻

Buffy and Angels love is so poetic, it seems like their love was so painful. That's how much they loved each other, I wish love existed like that. A wholesome, rich love for one another, to have feelings like that for another person.
I can't get enough of this song... I remember when I was younger, I wanted to be Buffy so bad. Now, at nearly 30 years old, I still love watching the Buffy series but I'm not as obsessed. But it's nice to sit around sometimes and watch it, at all hours of the night. But this song, I love it.
I grew up watching Buffy. I loved every actor (major or small ) and the writing was the best. I have not seen ANY show since address the issues that young people face the way that Josh and crew did. I am proud that the actors and writers have gone off to bigger and better things but I miss this show. It was so much more than just girl meets vampire. They kept there hands on the heart of a generation. Thank you so much!
Damn, watching this makes me feel old. I was utterly obsessed with this show from the first episode to the last. I remember being 13 and telling my friends "omg this cool show just premiered yesterday," ah good times.
Sad thing is you can tell friends about this show but they never watch it. It had an impact on me even now 😌. Cool show. Joss wheaton a guinious knows how to hit your heart strings. Lol

I went to college with Buff and some boy breaks my heart just like Angel does. This TV show is not my favorite, is the story of mi life 🥹💔

This video really is great. I think one of the main reasons why I love Buffy and Angel so much is because they mean so much to each other that they will never be able to be happy with anyone else. It might sound destructive, but to me it sounds wonderful... :D
I love your montage of Buffy and Angel as they are walking towards each other at the prom. I still can't get enough of this song and their love for each other. It's rather poetic, their love, they want to be together so badly but their lives and who they are prevents them from fulfilling their true desire of being together for an eternity. I bought the entire series, and I still can't get enough of Buffy. Love this song too, it's also on the movie Fear with Reese Witherspoon.
Buffy's hairstyle on her prom continues to be my favorite hairstyle ever for a formal event. Wish my hair was that long and straight to recreate it.

This song will always make me cry, when i remember Buffy and Angel's story. It's been a long time since I saw that episode but this song sounds just as I remembered it. Beautifully done.

Great video and song! I used to have a crush so bad on Sarah M., because she was such an amazing actress as Buffy. All the actors and actresses were so awesome as the characters they played on both those shows. I wish Josh W. had made a movie where Buffy & Angel had finally ended up together though. We (the fans) never really got the closure we hoped and waited for.
They're perfect for each other it's a shame they broke up after 3 seasons!

One scene that would've been nice is the one where they're at the ice skating rink and he goes all vampirey to help her, he gets hurt, she tries to help him, he says she shouldn't have to touch him when he looks that way, but she does anyway =)

I love how you edited it along with clips from other episodes in black and white and went back, throughout the video, in color for the prom episode along with using the actual song they danced to at the prom. Yeah it totally is, spike is actually in the Angel comic series so much much more than in the Buffy series, it's actually pretty good, barely any spike, it's more about buffy than her relationships too so that's good in a sense- I started reading that one first actually. I'm a big Angel fan
So I fell in love when this was on air so it is sort of painful to watch but yes most of my house's have Buffy box sets from VHS tapes to remastered version what can I say I'm a fan

As much as I loved Buffy and Spike together... Angel and Buffy were always my fave couple...
It was one of the greatest love stories, until Whedon/Greenwalt ruined it with Spike and The Immortal etc.
