In all honesty (I can't help it, I'm mouth first, brain after) I went off the MJ tote for a while when everyone was buying the leather totes. However, I love the fabric ones and the blingy ones. thank you for doing this video and showing what the inside looks like. and that sheen! its so gorgeous! i just ordered the small one from farfetch, it seems it sold out everywhere else. the black/gold strap adds a nice contrast. at first it felt loud but now i see the appeal. i own a small marc jacobs year of tiger tote, and that one came with a furry strap. i may do that with the camo just to add a bit of fun. my tote is 2 years old and it's still looking good. it's made well and super durable.

no it really wasn't. I was just so thankful that this SA took the time to send me several pic of several different bags to help me make a decision. Not having a MJ boutique near me, I do not have the opportunity to go in store and see first hand, but Kevin would text me pics and different straps. This went on for several days before I finally decided. Sorry you felt that way... he is truly just a great person with excellent customer service skills.
