you explain everything so well!! i usually have trouble understanding exactly how i'm supposed to do moves but you explain what to do with every portion of the body. also, the reviews for the eight counts are really helpful. i usually need to pause videos and repeat everything a lot but i didn't need to here. thanks :)

SAME OMG ITS SO HARD
Lean forward and let your hand touch the ground, right after that put your right knee down and extend left leg (do putting and extending at the same time) Done doing that, raise your head and slowly raise your right hand till your chin ( your hand should go straight line to the sky when it leaves ground) (be careful not touching youe chin you can take a look at the video of how far your hand should be)
Finally raise your both hands and after a couple of beats (i can't really tell when but you'll understand if you pay attention) get up. After getting up cross your legs and put your right feets toe on the ground (your right leg should go front-near to your left leg) (do not put all of your feet to the ground only toe) And at the same time swing your left arm counter clockwise (from front to the back)
And the rest i think you can handle this, keep going greate job👏👏👏
