아무래도 언니라인 중에 지원이가 연습생 경험이 있으니 리더를 시킨거 같기도 하고, 근데 너무 힘들어하니까 좀 튼튼해보이는(?) 새롬이로 바꿨나 싶기도 하고, 눈물 없는 지선이의 눈물버튼이 동갑내기 지원이가 된 것이 저 때 부터인가 싶기도 하고.. 어린 나이에 초단위로 쿠사리를 먹었으니 얼마나 힘들었을지 상상도 안되네요.
새롬이가 더 멋져 보이는게 어찌되었던 선임 리더인 지원이가 힘들어서 그만두게 되었기 때문에 새롬이도 힘들다고 내색하거나 티 냈으면 팀 내의 분위기 뿐만 아니라 회사 사람들에게도 프나라는 팀에 대한 이미지가 안좋아질 수 있었는데, 분명 본인도 리더라는 자리가 어렵고 부담스럽다고 말했음에도 불구하고 아무튼 리더를 맡게 되었으니 그런걸 티 내지 않고 이왕 맡은거 최대한 잘해보겠다는 의지와 노력이 보였기 때문에 더 대단한 것 같네요
그래서 예전 예능?에 나와서 대표님 전화가 가장 무섭다고 했었구나.. 팬들입장에서는 왜 이렇게 혹독하게 하나 생각할 수 있지만, 회사 입장에서는 수십억 그 이상도 투자해서 만든 걸그룹을 흥행 못시키면 이러나 저러나 안좋은 결과를 볼 수 밖에 없기에 그랬을거고, 지금은 잘됐으니 다행.

But if i were the director, even without thinking about ages, I'll pick Saerom as she has the calm & serious glare to make them follow her unconditionally haha and if i pick Jisun as a leader there may be backlash.. Being no.1 can be a prideful or high burden if also chosen as a leader and the knetz would be chaotic after all 😌
I tend to agree, that Saerom is overall fitted the most to become Fromis_9 leader. For me, she looks like a very sincere Mom figure of Fromis_9. Jisun is also a strong mom figure, but I'd say it's coming from her idealism as a person, so she tends to be too stricted sometimes. I'd say, another personality that I had in mind was Gyuri, I think she has that leader quality of composure and elegance...but yeah we know Gyuri now no longer in the team so I think my pick still back to Saerom afterall. But, choosing Saerom as a leader was not came without gripes (at least from my pov), I think...in the first 2-3 years after debut, I used to feel bad for Saerom as she have to deal with all the struggles being a leader...because she was slow person, she reacted very slowly, she talked very slowly too, sometimes too soft/too shy, and her public speaking was not on desired level at that time (she often blanks when gave speech in front of camera) so Jiwon or Chaeyoung often helped her with her speech...I used to talk to my mind "Can you handle these struggle? Please hang in there Saerom-ah, fighting", I used to think like that when it comes to Saerom as a leader. Now it's getting much better tho ! 🎉 as her experience enriched, she's now has various experience handling MC jobs so she handles in-front of camera better, talks much better too, much more confident, and I feel so proud of leader Saerom coming long way as the oldest of the team to became a dependable leader.

Jisun can do as well, and as you said she can be too strict. Also the previous statement as well, as being the no.1, the burden she bears is not a joke, that would give her the need to be perfect on everything, the problem is if she "forces" that perfect thought to other members, it will be dictatorship & we all know what happens after that... She's perfect as she currently is, the all out Jisun but for herself only 😌 freedom comes from oneself ~ About Saerom, i know fromis_9 by chance as she went ALONE promoting the group in weekly idols. Truly a wonderful leader, and if the leader did that much, the group would be as good as the lead, which makes me love them. Yea as you said, she's kinda slow in most things but if i would defend that, I'll say she's just absorbing everything in her own timing. Tho what gives her the most aura of leadership is Persistence, being slow is fine when you have the defensive stats 🤣 and if i think about mbti which she currently inTp, at the debut or their early years maybe she's inFp and after absorbing many things & discipline herself she become T type, persistence strike again. And since i follow her, there's a time when she has reached the breaking point and it worries me.. well, we all have that breaking point.

나이대가 딱 가운데 있는게 98즈이고, 그 시절 지선이는 포뇨 그 자체여서 지원이가 리더가 된 게 아닌가라는 생각이...롬쌔도 진짜 힘들었을텐데 리더가 바뀌기도 해서 힘든 티도 크게 못내고 너무 고생했을 모습이 그려져서 안타까우면서도 고맙네요
