Kristin these projects are all so so good ❤ You made the rake & shovel so versatile! I would like to make one to put on my fence. When I spray paint plastic I usually put a coat of primer first and it helps the spray paint stick-extra work for sure 😊

Hi, I really like the sign at the end it's really cute. And for your plastic items try some sandpaper. Rub lightly all over. Then wipe with alcohol let it dry then spray paint. I hope that helps. I seen someone on CZcams do that a while ago.

If you rough the plastic shovels up with sandpaper first, the spray paint will adhere better. Or paint them fisrt with modpodge and that would work too

Everything is adorable!!! Going to get me some shovels!!! I use rust oleum primer white for plastics. It is a flat paint and so far no issues! Take care!!!
