I remember when I got the original Battlescout, I tried to turn it into a Mediator-style blaster and converting the clip-feeding into mag-feeding, partially by trying to cram Retaliator internals into it. Ended up with a destroyed Battlescout and no patience left.
Thats what the og Battlescout needs to deserve for such a bad blaster lol

Actually, the original is a scout weapon. Not an aussult weapon. It is meant to record Intel like in a irl militaristic stealth mission. and if you're spotted, you can shoot them

My tip for clip-fed blasters like the Battlescout is when you put the clip too far, slam it on the other side (slam it hard enough that it still feeds properly but not slam it very hard to the point that it will fling it out of it) so it can blow an entire 10 round clip in the Battlescout reliably

It would be better if you put speech marks and who saying what because i belive that 1 person is saying all of that
6:19 there may be a way around that issue by inserting the clip from the other direction and pushing it completely through. That should line it up on the first dart if you prime before the clip is inserted.
Edit: After getting the Battlescout, I found that doing this would require you to prime after placing the clip.
Hope this helps anyone why has bought a Battlescout.
Did you guys know that there is something called nerf rewards, were if you buy nerf guns you get more points and u can buy more nerf products with those points. Just thought that was cool

The battle scout didn't come with a stock. That is an Orange/Camo recon mk2 stock. And sorry if you have already gotten a ton of these comments.

It may be an infinitely better choice than the OG Battlescout, buuut it's still clip-fed, and thus not compatible with traditional Nerf mags. I still wouldn't pick this blaster for a Nerf war, unless they sell the clips for a reasonable price, OR release other Nerf blasters that are clip-fed. Only then...and I mean ONLY then...will I consider calling this a decent blaster at least...sure, it has the Elite range, and it actually looks cooler imo, but the fact that it's clip-fed, and only has 10 darts still bugs me...

My Battlescout is broken, like it still fires but the priming part is broken a bit, like when you pump it you have to keep pushing the pump forward, otherwise it CANNOT fire at all, and you can just keep spam pumping it now and everytime you accidentally or purposely pump it back now the clip moves
