I don't think the story of this mv is that sad. Here's my idea.
The girl is deaf. When she was young, her house located near the boy's house (which might be dancing school). He taught her how to dance. One day, her family had to move and she has never had a chance to say goodbye to him. When the boy heard the news, he ran to her house, but all she left was her dancing shoes.
Time went by. The girl came back and went to his house. She looked at everything that had history about their dance. Unfortunately, he practiced dancing upstair and didn't know that she has come.
In the last scene, when he saw her shoes on the piano, he knew that she came back. He put his shoes next to hers. I think this means they will be together again.
(If she was dead, why does her shoes place on that piano? I mean we saw that the last place it kept was in the closet, right?)

She always puts her heart into making songs, that's why she is an effective singer and songwriter.
I love how JK is a loyal Uaena, and it's true his recommendations about her music brought up more fans (Uaenas).
But one thing I kinda get bothered about is some ARMYs emphasize BTS more than IU like:
"This is one of JK's favorite songs because it reminds him of Jimin" or
"I'm only here because of Jungkook. Where are my ARMYs at?"
I mean, they could mention JK or BTS for bringing them or making them discover IU then admired her for her talent, but some just can't think before they post their comments here.
