- This is a series of a story of a young man, who claims that he was abducted by people suspected to be devil worshipers, imprisoned him some where and would suck blood from his body for ritual sacrifices. Many other Ugandans have attested to this fact, following the show we did on Radio4 Uganda.

It might be true, though not so sure. I remember some years ago, my son was living with my aunt, he was kidnapped by my aunty's step son who was just 12 years of age. By then, my son was 4 years. He disappeared from home for 3 days and he was no where to be found. Later,he came back home and when asked where he had been, the boy answered so and so locked me in a house,and been giving food in there even pooing in the bucket. Everyone was surprised to hear that, but the 12 years old denied it. With in a short time, this same boy who my son said is the one who took him to the house where he was locked in, was arrested together with some guy after cutting off another child's head. They were both caught escaping, but good enough someone saw them and alerted the police. This happened in serere/Soroti District 14 years ago.

My Dear the things people don't do when dressed in Islamic attire. A lady worked in an Islamic setting for more than 9 years and had to dress islamically......the way she said Asalam alaykum and dressed you would never tell that she was from a different faith............... so one time we took the same taxi home and had negotiated a particular fare with the conductor. When she gave the conductor money, he didn't give back the change, so she demanded for the change and the conductor ignored her. She roughed up the conductor (held his shirt by the throat). I was in shock!!!!! I should have just called out her Christian name but i was in shock...........it really changed my perception of her..........when i met her the next day i told her that the image she had created in the taxi the previous day had created a negative stereotype for muslims because of how she was dressed. I asked her if she would have behaved the same if she was wearing a rosary which she subscribed to and she kept quiet.
