My lagnesh is Saturn apart from Wednesday and Sunday iam vegetarian I do yoga and pranayam small spiritual practice i have for daily basis have good relationship with my mom and iam cordial with my mom in law and cordial with other relatives too don’t have too many friends and too much of social life apart from I don’t know any remedy kept it minimal and easy but suffering is constant

Namaste. Shivoham . After performing shiv rudrabhishek on 5th August 2024 (first shravan somvar). Pooja was performed extreme well . In the evening @5-15 I had visited go shala near my house. After feeding prasadam to all cows, I was coming out of go shala. Within the shala only I fall down and my right hand got fractured. Kindly explain, when we perform,dharma also why we need to suffer.
In 2023 in the month of Feb , Friday I had fed the cow and on immediate Sunday I fell down and my head got injured with heavy bleeding .
