Phenomenal performance by Li Na but Serena was more clutch at the crucial points & games and she steeped up where it mattered, it was quite noticeable how fatigued she was at YEC after such a long and iconic season.
Serena's always got her skirts way shorter than her opponents, accentuating those gigantic glutes and legs, boy do they pack a punch just like her playing style.. Dat classic bounce and attack, what a warrior🔥🔥
Serena in the fine shape! Great condition and has great strokes in this match. And also Serena not getting over dramatic when she wins a simple point. Later in her career she really wasted energy and looked like a fool spending too much time fist-pumping and screaming crazily over just winning random tennis points. Well done here versus a very sharp Li Na.
@@djordjenikolic9059 She is that bad compared to Serena and Li. They’d wipe up the court with her. She has no real game-her serve is weak, her ground strokes are abysmal, her net play is nonexistent, she really doesn’t have any weapons to fight off players from this era. She’d lose against the top 25 players without putting up much of a fight.
@@jobuck879 tbh only player in top 10 that has variety is Muchova... but to say that Iga would be blown off the court by any top 30 player from that era is too harsh. What about Barty then? Would you rank her above Swiatek?
@@djordjenikolic9059 I actually watched her game and she's nothing but overrated, playing against the weakling opponent, and none of them has quality, it's very easy to go ahead with ur game see how Queen serena herself struggles to win match against li na here, this is what the quality I am talking about, not gauff level players 😂🤣

Li Na was one of the few who could keep up with Serena stroke for stroke. Really loved this match
Serena said, you get to eat a bagel for pushing me to 3 sets.
When Serena would get angry at herself, she would become inspired, because she knew she could do better. She wasn’t mad at Li Na at all!!😅❤
You can tell she was really exhausted, and had to really dig deep. Gotta love to fight.
