Quiet hours is 10PM-8AM so Why am I being woken up at 6AM and 4AM?

If you watch to the end, you'll hear the children waking us up at 6AM and someone having sex on a squeezing bed at 4-4:30AM. Quiet hours are posted on the walls from 10PM at night into 8AM the next morning. This happened this weekend Saturday and Sunday. If we cannot sleep well on the weekend, how are we supposed to work in the upcoming week. This is adding to the stress and unacceptable.

I feel for you, my life was incredibly nice when the unit above me was unoccupied for the first 3 months, then some 17 year old drughead bastard moved in an kept partying from 5PM when i got home to 3 AM every single night. Never got peace and quiet again after that until the shithead overdosed and got brought out by EMS's

I’m sorry… but that doesn’t really matter when they KNOW there’s ppl living downstairs. You control your children and have courtesy for the others around you. Kids have parents to teach them better. Nothing is or was being done. Disrespectful af. And it’s the land lords fault for moving 3 kids above ppl who don’t have any!! Rude. Do you not hear that stomping?? That’s on purpose. Facts.

Also, we aren't the only unit who has complained....but that doesn't seem to matter. People have suggest small claims, but I think I need the tenant names.
