When I lived in Japan many moons ago. I would go to a park outside of town and sit there. At that park there were was a group that would play this kind of music. I would close my eyes and let the music take me. Hearing this music lets my sadness seem nothing to me and takes me to a happy place. Thank you

you wake up, your eyes greeted with the most incredibly golden ceiling you’ve ever seen. it has dragons in silver and gold which danced across its walls, and flowers which seemed to spin around everything. you didn’t even seem to question where you were oddly enough. you rise to your feet, and slowly walk through a wide corridor, the floor beneath you, wooden, but didn’t creak in the slightest. you arrived at some of the largest doors you’ve ever seen, and they had large emerald colored trees decorated in them, and the handles which appeared to be branches. you figured you couldn’t open them, but it was worth a shot, so you pressed your hands against them. to your great surprise, they were as light as feathers, and you pushed them open with ease. your vision was blurry and bright with white light, until they adjusted to the most heavenly seen your eyes will ever be bestowed upon. a great blue ocean pans out in front of you, and taller yet thinner temples can be seen rising from its crystal waters. white birds fly past you, blowing cherry blossoms. you turn to see a huge mountain towering before you, one of which cherry blossom trees resides peacefully. their blossoms quietly swept against the clean scented air, and brushed against your locks. the temple which you had exited, was even more astounding. it was large, and its architecture was incredible. it was brown, white, and blue, but the doors you had just exited, now had a ginormous golden peacock looming in front of it. it’s wings were embedded with small crystals, and it’s feathers moved with the natural breeze. it was unimaginably... immaculate.

Early yesterday I got in a severe crash and I’m now at home taking pain meds and resting all day with back pain (Noted that I had scoliosis surgery down majority of my spine and if you want to be scientific about it then T1 to L2 scoliosis surgery) and pain all over my body. While my best friend is severely injured in the hospital. I’m glad my friend is alive so I get to see him live another day. I just wish I could go back in time so I could prevent from getting hit from behind. Be positive about life because you’ll never know what it’ll throw at you. I’m glad he’s alive and I’m glad I’m alive. I came out of that crash with a different look on life. I’m more grateful towards my family and friends for everything they do for me. If it weren’t for them I wouldn’t be who I am today. So I’m grateful that I get to live another life. Look at life like it’s a blessing not a curse because one day they’ll be no more days left. No more time left. Have a nice day. Believe me things will get better. It all depends on how you live your life and how you make your choices. Your decisions code out how your life will turn out unless you rewrite it. So make the most out of life and don’t ever look back regretting anything. Takes risks. Take chances. Take everything with a clenched fist. Don’t let fears and anxieties hold you back from anything. Fight through the storm with everything you’ve got. "Our homeland wasn't very vast. It was a small nation, being barely big enough to be called as such. We lived along side the sea and we grew up along side it as well. It was the place where we would be born, and the place where we would grow old. Our home resided on a cliff high above the sea. On the side of the cliff, was a crane overshadowing the symbol for our family. I once asked father why that was. He then told me a tale of how my great-grandfather had discovered this place after the war when he found a bird that wanted to see the sea before it died. The crane guided my great-grandfather to this place and as the bird was dying, it saw the sea and tried to go for one last flight. The crane however, still had the symbol of our clan upon it's body as grandfather had tried to stop the bleeding by wrapping it in his own clothes. Regardless, the bird took flight one last time to check on its... no, her, eggs. Great-grandfather decided to care for the eggs after the mother died and eventually built a tower so the crane that guided his way here would have a place to rest its soul. He placed it on a lone island at the mouth of the river, for it was there that the crane flew to after checking her eggs. Every year after that point, the cherry blossoms would be in bloom just as the anniversary of that day came along. Our people had a belief that the crane guided our way of life. We would grow up along side the water's edge, fish from it to feed ourselves and our people, and in the end, die by sea.... either from her wrath, or or by its gentle caress as we were sent off, one last time.
No matter the reason, after hearing the tale, My Grandfather had a pair of sculptors and artists carve and paint a crane into the cliff after great-grandfather had the home built. This, is my home. This, is the land we grew up in. And this..... is my story....."

This music brings me back to Nikko. A place of pure serenity if you ask me. Flowing rivers, trees and mountains as far as the eyes can see. Clouds of mountain dew between the trees and clean air to breathe. Truly an amazing experience! I WILL go back there one day.

Im going to Japan in 2 more months with some friends and I’m going to leave home for 3 weeks, I know it seems fun but I really want to see all the calming places and go to the hot springs, just cool down from the mess I call home. Hang out with friends and go rent a small house, watch festivals and parades. Stay home on the cold days and watch anime while sipping hot green tea. I want all that and I’m getting it soon thanks to my mother, I miss you and soon dragons all fly I love you mother.

Whenever I try to do something out of my comfort zone and end up not doing it, I always fell into depression. Then I’d be happy and motivated by thinking “im gonna change” and then the cycle would repeat itself, I’d get depressed. But I can truthfully say that once I listened to this and learnt about meditation and what not, I felt so empowered by strengthening my mind. And still to this day, meditation has helped me achieve many things. So to anyone who scrolls through the comments and sees this and is in the position I was in. Don’t give up, it will take time, but eventually you will arrive where you want to be 🙂
I always stress and worry about the negative thing that happened to me and I feel regret and hatred towards the people who did me wrong and myself for being weak, so I will have hard time finding peace of mind and I can't sleep at night, but when I listened to your music I feel at peace with myself and I forget about the negative thing that happened to me in the past and I fall asleep, so I will keep on listening to music just like this one 😉
