Ingredientes
100g de filé mignon cortado em cubos
1 cebola média fatiada
Alho amassada
Óleo de milho
Vinagre de vinho branco
Molho inglês
Sal
Modo de preparo
Em uma frigideira aqueça o óleo de milho, adicione o alho amassado, filé mignon cortado em cubos, sal e mexa. Retire o filé e reserve. Na mesma frigideira ponha cebola fatiada, óleo de milho, molho inglês e vinagre de vinho branco. Ponha o filé mignon cozido e misture.

1 sliced medium onion
Crushed garlic clove
Corn oil
White wine vinegar
Brown sauce
Cooking salt
Method
Heat the corn oil, add the crushed garlic clove, diced beef fillet, cooking salt and mix together. Remove the beef fillet and set aside. In the same frying pan place the sliced onion, corn oil, brown sauce and white wine vinegar. Place the cooked beef fillet and mix together.
