Thank you for this, I’m contemplating combi feeding (currently 22 weeks pregnant) just because I’m worried about maybe not always being there and I want my husband to share the feeds, too. This was really helpful 🙂

Soooo helpful thank you! Wish I had introduced a bottle of EBM earlier as I waited too long and my little boy is nearly 5 months and WILL NOT take a bottle. Or a dummy 😂 it’s not even that I don’t want to BF, I’d just like that flexibility for when the world reopens that I can leave him with my partner/Mum so I can have some me time! Hoping he might take to a sippy cup when we start weaning 🙄 xxx

How do you prepare this formula? The measurements are different in USA and we don’t boil water here but use baby water. Please please help. First time mommy and I’m supplementing and also breastfeeding as my milk supply is not enough. 😢
Did you ever get an answer to this? I have to switch to formula.. and I don’t think boiling the water every-time is feasible !

Hi. Did you have any issue with clumps? For some reason I get them a lot. Theyre smaller than grains of salt but nevertheless its not dissolved.
Yeah if I ever put it in too boiling water or too cool - just keep spinning/stirring the bottle until dissolved, never shake xx
@@sophielouisetaylor4069 i tried everything. Stirring for good 5 minutes, using room temp water, everything and nothing worked unfortunately.
Find it strange you wouldn’t choose any other brand of formula but fine with using cow & gate thickening agents??
It’s literally xantham gum, lots of brands do it but cow and gate is the one I used.
It has nothing in it, where as the formula I use personally I feel has more vitamins and minerals then other formulas so that’s why I use it.
Which formula would you recommend?

My baby is 6 weeks old, I’ve breastfed only with expressed milk and nipple since birth. I tried to change to combi feeding and after 1 bottle of formula she is completely constipated which is totally out of character as she normally goes every single nappy change. I’m so upset and don’t know what to do 🥹🥹🥹
Maybe change the milk your using. Kendamil is brilliant
