Literally just wiped the drool from my chin. Roast beef, mashed potatoes and Yorkshire puddings were a staple Sunday dinner for many years in my family.
Mashed, not roast potatoes? That's unusual! I'd be in serious trouble if I did mash instead of roast potatoes for a traditional roast dinner.

that fish in cream cheese. My 80 some yrs old CHEF mom made this in the 70's and I've made it often. on fancy crackers, on rolled sandwiches and on my spoon. lol

Here in Canada, the ones made in muffin tins are called popovers.
For a party my missus fills em with cheese salad. That's two or three kinds of grated cheese with a bit of mayo and salt and pepper. Really nice.
She has to make them smaller though 😊

I believe in the second recipe if you wish to make meatballs, the best meat would be pork. I mean, sage and pork do complement one another well. Plus, pork and cabbage also taste beautiful together.

Whats up Jamie, wrote down your recipe from the great video. then opened the link & it is not the same ingredients as the video. mmm Be it they are close so I will stick with mine from years ago as it is the same other than mine calls for 6 eggs. 🙂Follow you , great vlogs
Sivved flour first, then make a well in the flour and add the eggs and milk. Set your oven to high. Gradually incorporate these ingredients then start to whisk briskly until you get a fine batter. I'm a Yorkshire lass been doing this for years. Everyone loves my Yorkies. I use individual bun tins for this. Add a drop of oil in the individual compartments and place in oven for ten minutes. After add about a tablespoon and a half of the mixture to your tin. Place in oven for 25 minutes. Do not open the oven door before 25 minutes as your puddings may come out flat.
Butchered fried rice, now yorkshire pudding. What's next?
Im calling shenanigans on the oil in the muffin tin trick. Im supposed to measure a 1cm depth of oil in three of the cups NOT not use a measuring spoon for each cup???

It's a Yorkshire pudding Jamie. Im sorry but in Yorkshire we use Lard or Dripping in the tin not chuffing oil. Not surprising though from Jamie Olive Oil.

Real yorkshire pudding was never in muffin tins and also we used drippings from the roast in a oven proof bowl, poured batter with a pinch of nutmeg. And you got real pudding on the bottum, not ful of air. And it was sliced like a pie. Just sayin.
