Other Than quanta the only paid plugin is "The Glue" The Saturation I am using is Msaturator which you can find along with a bunch of other free plugins on melda's website and the transient shaper is a custom multiband transient shaper I made myself using the free khs transient shaper. outside of that I do not know how you would be able to replicate this without quanta.
if you use fl then you can use the fruity granulizer or any other granular synthesiser that is native to your daw to get really cool percs and other stuff
Quanta 2 isn't much different from quanta 1 from what i remember of 1
