Low-sugar, high-protein Granola

    RECIPE
    Ingredients:
    2 cups rolled oats
    1 cup mixed nuts, chopped
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    1/4 cup chia seeds
    1/4 cup flax seed meal
    1/4 cup hemp seeds
    1/2 cup protein powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 cup coconut flakes
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
    1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
    Instructions:
    1-Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    2-In a large bowl, mix together your dry ingredients.
    3-Drizzle in honey and olive oil and stir well to evenly coat mixture.
    4-Spread mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 20-30 minutes (watch it closely to prevent burning)
    5-Let cool completely before serving. Store in air-tight container in pantry or freezer.
