- Today's Pokemon card opening I took one final shot at a complete Pokemon 151 set! I went to my local card shop to try and complete my Pokemon card binder by simply trading Pokemon cards to other people. Can I finally get every Pokemon 151 card for my collection?

Congrats on completing the set. I love the idea of opening a pop series after complete a binder. Maybe that’s how you should collect them.. also so you don’t overwhelm yourself with trying to collect another set on top of all the other work you’ve been doing.

Binder for each series! There’s approx 200 +/- cards per set, I’m actively working on a set 3 binder and passively on 1&2
Nate congrats on completing 151. I also completed mine and it was such a fun set to put together. I gotta say I love your library videos. I think you should go for the prize pack sets. I don’t know how big they are but it would be cool to see them put together. You could do a binder for each set. I know they make 4 pocket page binders that would be perfect for those sets. I used those for celebrations, detective pikachu, and the Halloween sets.
So excited to see the complete set for 151 I am working on my Master Set of 151 hopefully will complete it by this week!

Maybe put the most you can fit in one binder, then if there are other series that won't fit in the binder put them in a different one. Love the channel. The number 1 card I'm always on the hunt for is Shining Tyranitar. A newer card I'm after though is the Art Rare Maushold from Paldea Evolved. I have yet to see that card in the wild. lol

How close are you to finishing it?
Heres my suggestion for the prize pack cards.. keep them seperate, and when you inevitably pull one of the chase cards (like your charizard) then start the binder.

If you make a binder(s) for the prize pack cards I think the most important thing to keep in mind that your opening up a can of worms.
If you go for a prize pack set you're going to end up wanting to go for the older league pack cards as well.

Jumbo Binder for Pokémon cards from Amazon. Comes with some sleeves and I found others that fit both old and new sizes ❤
Have mentioned before and will say again that I think you're uniquely qualified to collect the league prize pack promo cards, because you've been so involved in your local league for years and were a judge years back. It would be great to see.

We are missing the Charmander Alt Art and Alaskazam Full Art to finish our 151 binder. For the master set we only need 6 reverse holos and the Snorlax Pokemon Center promo.

Ive been saving up for the rayquaza vmax alt and the gengar vmax alt and the giratina alt. Ive been trying to get all the sword and shield alts and I'm down to 18. After those 3 the rest are all 100 or less so Ive been saving for those first.

I scored a Charizard UPC today from local Barnes & Noble for $25. I was looking for them on google last week and saw they were on sale for 30% off $83.99 but out of stock online and only in store for pickup. Happy to pay the $83 but no stores within 100 miles had them when i first looked. Checked again Tuesday night and a store 20 minutes away had stock so i reserved for pickup. Got the confirmation the next morning expecting $83 and picked up today and shocked when it had a Cheap $25 sticker on it. $27 out the door couldn't be happier gonna keep a look out for more inventory. Best deal I've found in my life already hung a new shelf and its on display in my sealed collection wall.

Mahalo, Nate! I'd say I'm about 75% done. The first 2 months of this set being out were really rough but the past month has been EXCELLENT. I went from no textured cards to having about half of the FAs, and 3/4 of the IRs and SIRs. Not that it really matters but in the past month or so, I've been getting nothing but ETBs and UPCs. Been working out terrifically.
The one card I’m missing that I really want is the Dedenne ex Tera full art. I haven’t seen it in a minute

@@RealBreakingNate My favorite cards are rainbow cards and full art cards and my favorite pokemons on the cards are Skwovet,Greedent and Pachirisu and Emolga and I also do love Iono pokemon gym leader from Paldea...I think she's the best gym leader ever created so far as she's very unique style compared to all the other gym leaders from older pokemon generations
