      There is a trick to whipping foods for a long time, using form and posture you can switch between your forearms and biceps leaving the other at rest. It’s hard to describe how to do it with text.
      Use your elbow as a lock and only move one part of your arm at a time.

      It’s lifted with air & sweetened with sugar.
      You can also make a meringue by whipping up the bean water from a can of chickpeas.
      Which could be something for the Buff Dudes to give a shot for a vegan protein fluff using pea protein.

      Imagine living in an environment where those stiff peaks never form. I thought it was me but a friend of mine used to live in Montana and tried to make macaroons. She couldn't get them to happen. So any recipe that has me separate the yolk and white gets my scrutiny until I find out why. To whip the whites to make it fluffier? Can't make it, recipe out.
      It's as frustrating as trying to find a dessert recipe without chocolate.

      James Johnson Also, I was thinking the yolks could have been used to make a tempered egg-yolk custard (combined with the protein powder), and then slowly folded into the whites as to not only maintain the egg whites’ fluffiness, but to add a velvety, creamy mouth-feel, all while increasing the fat macros, which is important in keto and paleo protocols (both of which don’t have much of an issue with blueberries too).

    Tried the first one but added 50ml of egg white, came out very fluffy, not bad at all, main benefit is that it was very very filling for the amount of calories, so would be great for cutting.

      You can get it to that color by adding in more almond milk. It's darker with less almond milk.

    FYI! Those with weakened or compromised immune systems should seek out pasteurized eggs for the Egg White methods. The chance of getting Salmonella is pretty low, but better safe than sorry. You can find them at any well stocked grocery store next to the carton egg mixtures.

    I just had one for breakfast (I chose the powderless recipe but I put some vanilla powder in anyway) and it is suuuuper good! especially if you like this kind of flowy, cloud mixture.
    also it is super filling and I AM saying that, who is always hungry! I definitely recommend it

    TIP: You can use flavored sugar-free gelatin powder instead of fruit (in the third recipe) and its good! Although, maybe you want it to be a "berries" flavor, I tried Peach and its horrible

    There’s a traditional Estonian sweet that is just beaten egg whites with the yolks (and sugar) folded back in. Some add oats to it as well.

    For those going 100% sugar free its good to note that the "Nitro Tech" product shown in the video does contain Sucralose, which is a form of artificial sugar. It is important to know that for some people, sweeteners of any kind can and do trigger depression. If you have this condition you're probably already aware of the trend where a claim is made that something has no sugar because it has artificial sugar instead. This can be indirectly harmful to some people with this rare condition, but then again everything is harmful to someone somewhere with something, so *meh*. Apathy wins again. This is still a great video though. Its really well made, entertaining, informative, and still works well as a starting place to get to the (possibly not appetizing) version of the fluff without sweeteners of any kind. So, thanks for being here, and thanks again for making this video. :)

    I use the ultimate self suficcient chad method. I pick the blueberries myself that grow 50 feet away from my house in my massive forest. I harvest eggs from chicken I raise myself. Then I eat both.

    I add about 100g of light coconut milk (ca.70cals) to the protein powder version, and bruh, it gets a whipped cream consistency, and it's delish! Thanks for this recipe, dude ✌🏼

    Whey protein is usually not zero carb unless it's isolate. Also eating raw albumin will lead to biotin deficiency.

    For anyone that wants a good "cheat food" or snack. Just mix your protein powder with yogurt. Pretty much becomes that flavored pudding after that. Quick easy, and frankly will taste better than this.

      Whip with 1 tsp acid like vinegar of lemon juice and oil ( 1 tablespoon at a time until creamy and emulsified) Now you have chemical free mayo with healthy fats.

    For the vegan version just use bean juice and lemon juice to make the fluff. Which is safer than not cooking the egg white.

      Just make sure that it states on the box that the eggs have been pasteurized. If your sole intention is to eat raw egg then it's probably best to steer clear of farmers markets and independent sellers. Established stores will be your best bet because of the standards they have to keep. Also, try to use a little common sense in making sure that the eggs are refrigerated and haven't been left on a counter for the last week.
      Been using raw egg whites and carton egg whites in shakes for a few years now. No problems so far.
