Dear sir Part II order on marriage is mandatory. Then this Part II orders confers all the rights on wife as NOK. Or say set of forms are kept ready filled up immediately joining duty in Army. The matter why mother is debarred from rights as a NOK. Why a share being his mother and father not given to them. Sorry i don't hurt the sentiments of VEER NARI but what happens in general i am mentioning. If widow of martyar soldier is young she gets married out of family and takes away all the wherewithal. Now about mother who will never get her son is deprieved of all her rights on son and in many cases dies of hunger. I suggest therefore, that our Govt must change the existing rules of NOK and should be equally given the rights to Parents and wife irrespective of her will to remarry or not. Sentiments and true love of parents must be preserved and due regards should be given to VEER NARRIES

She is too young and in 5 months husband dies is very shocking for a girl.. naturally she would be more comfortable with own parents..and even otherwise they were staying separate not in sasural.. if she took all their luggage inlaws should not declare in public bahu sab leke bhag gayi..are apna, husband ka leke gayi..to kya hua?
