I have it, it's good for night wear the performance is not that great but you have to lay it thick I would say 8 sprays may be 10, for 4 hours you will smell great you can layer it with The One EDT both have performance issues but mix together you might get 6hrs 6 sprays of the one and 4 sprays of Ambre noir, you will get notice.

Hey dude. I have smelled it and really like the similarity with CH Men Prive. It is so tasty, the amber is so complex, the cardamom it has, damn... I personally find it a stripped down leather accord. As a perfumer i have seen personally that amber and leather are very similar notes, leather is constructed toward phenols (Birch or Cade tar, Castoreum, IsoButyl Quinoline, indole...) and amber rather goes towards sweetness. (Vanilla) They share this base of labdanum but each are constructed in a different way, however they are still close to each other as notes. I will buy this perfume in the weekend.
