Julia and “Greedy” have been a couple for 2 years. Julia says “Greedy” won’t invite her out in public and tries to keep her a secret. She says he rushes to help out one of his ex-girlfriends whenever she needs help with HER kids. “Greedy” says when he and Julia met and started dating they shared too much about themselves with each other. He says they told each other all the dishonest ways they treated their past boyfriends/girlfriends, and now it’s coming back to haunt them. He says they are both very protective of their own feelings and neither of them is willing to be vulnerable with the other.

Candida is a fungus (yeast) that can come from being on antibiotics, birth control pills, too much sugar in the diet among other things. Can cause yeast in the gut to be unbalanced. Kills off good bacteria. Bad bacteria increases and becomes fungus and puts holds in the gut. Which causes leaky gut. Research leaky also. What's in the gut gets into the bloodstream. I think I get what she’s trying to say...even though he’s trying to “help” her, his delivery may be condescending in a way that makes her feel incompetent.
Thank you :c I was looking for this. I’ve been living with that for a year and a half now. It really is hard, we can start completely questioning our abilities to function and to reason through things. The more time is spent questioning our reasoning skills the more they get diminished. Because even when we are able to reason through something well, we start doubting ourselves and think that we are probably wrong so we try to correct it and think too hard about it to the point that nothing works out in the end.
It’s not only that the delivery might be condescending, but also imagine someone keeps telling you how to do EVERYTHING. That means they don’t trust in your ability to do anything at all.
It feels like we are entirely unreliable and completely lack any kind of agency. At some point, we don’t even want to try doing anything anymore because we know we’re not gonna be allowed to complete it without getting that look of disappointment/distrust. So we never get the chance to prove that we learned anything or that we are able to do something at least.
It’s almost like living with someone who is constantly looking at what you’re doing and judging every step, every move, every decision, everything you do. It’s this feeling of being constantly watched. The worst is that the feeling is not only a feeling, it’s reality.

She strikes me as an adult with ADHD or a lot of stress that’s impacting her executive functioning. He married a very young woman. She doesn’t seem close to 30 years old. So, I think she was probably a very naive 21 year old. But he wants her to function like a 44 year old woman. This was sad to me. He doesn’t even see that he married someone who was ill prepared to manage a household and he attacked her over things she is struggling to learn. Still she has such a big heart.

Being with a narissistic partner can and does make you physically sick. Her illness is directly related to his verbal, mental and emotional abuse. It's very insidious and devastating. And it's clear that her self-esteem has been severely affected! Bless her heart....she needs to leave and get away from him as soon as possible. She needs time and space to heal her spirit, soul and body. He is dangerous...smh he isn't even listening to the Judge.
The way he was "agreeing" with everything the judge was saying at one point... I don't know how to explain it but I feel like he was doing it to set the stage to manipulate her to his favor. In that situation, people would normally be defensive but he's all "yeah, you're right. I agree.". That just seemed off to me. And then he suddenly made a statement to rebut and he was now expecting the Judge to agree with him like he was doing earlier. He seemed so used to doing this. That's scary.
