    I drink a glass of water the moment I wake up from sleep.. 9.30 AM
    Breakfast - 11AM
    Any of these 👇🏻
    2Dosa & Chutney with A glass of Milk
    2Idli & Sambar with Tea
    Puttu & Curry with A glass of Milk
    Uppma with A glass of Milk
    Bread & omelet with Tea / Horlicks
    2 Appam & Egg curry
    Lunch - 2PM
    Enough portion of Rice with vegetable curries , curd & a small piece of chicken / fish fry
    Evening - 5 PM
    10 soaked almonds & any Fruit Juice
    DINNER - 8/9 PM
    2 Chappathi & Curry OR
    Healthy Oats
    Make sure you eat atleast a little amount of snacks / Fruita every 2/3 hrs to avoid Gastric prob.
    Drink lots of water
