You are right, Amy (right) does do the higher harmonies.
Shelley (middle) does have the highest range, but mostly uses it during solo parts or when a high belt is needed.
Amy has a similar range as Shelley, but because she only has one lung, she doesn't have the power and clarity that Shelley has. That's also why Shelley does most mid range harmonies. Lisa has the lower range and probably the most volume. She sings effortlessly.
Amy did a very nice solo, you might enjoy her rendition of "Casualty of Love"
They have a similar range if we talk about the high register ( not the lower register) but I think that Shelley can use her voice higher and Amy has the higher tone. Because Shelley can belt F#5 and higher more easily then Amy but Amy does mid belts a lot better and easier.
That’s why you see them switch harmonies often because it’s easier for the both of them.
Total vocal range of the girls so far:
Amy- F3-A#5-F#6
Shelley- E3-C6-G6
Lisa- B2-G#5-D6
( this is not precisely just from what I’ve heard)
Same. I do love Amy's vibrato and also unique tone (girl on the far right). And the fact that she has an amazing vocal range with only one lung is so impressive! I love her! ❤
Not only are they not in the same room, they can’t hear the others sing. They only hear the piano, which makes it even more amazing. Because they grew up together and spent so many years singing together, they even sync up their vibrato without hearing eachother. Mind boggling.
Thank you for your professional opinion! It may be hard to believe, but they didn't hear eachother at all while singing. The piano part was pre-recorded, and that's all they could hear. Which makes it even more incredible. Would love to see more reactions of OG3NE songs! They are so versatile that it doesn't matter what song you watch, you will be amazed every time. Maybe a live performance next time!
If I remember correctly they only hear the music (in this case the piano) in their ears. They can't hear eachother sing. So it's individually sung and taped and then edited together.They have sung the songs together before so they know who sings what etc
Amy (singer on the right) is my favorite too. Her tone just hits different to me.

I was at a concert they are so good 😍
The one in the middle with black hair is Shelley most of the times she does the Lead or the high harmonies and sometimes Low harmonies. She has the highest range and can sing the highest of the group. She is the twins with the one on the right. The one on the right is Amy most of the times she does the high harmonies or the lead. She has a really high chest/mixed voice, she often switches harmonies with her twin sister during a song when it becomes really high. Lisa is the one on the left she is the oldest. She does the low harmonies and sometimes the lead. She has the lowest range but she can also go really high. They have been singing together since 2007 and they are really popular in The Netherlands, they have also won the voice of holland 2015.

Shelley can add many colours to her voice and to me has the most unique tone, though others say they feel Amy does. I know they love that she sings with one lung, which is SO inspring, but I still say Shelley and Lisa are my faves, as they are full of tricks. ESPECIALLY Shelley. The riffs and high notes she sneaks in more than the other two always surprise the hell out of me, and she is the best at BELTING among the three. That being said, you can't go wrong listening to Amy's soft and breathy voice, nor to Lisa's warm, strong, and agile voice. They are three incredible singers.
@@Rosannasfriend Shelley is an amazing vocalist and the power in her voice is incredible for example in Christmas baby please come home she belts multiple G5’s with ease or her iconic A5-C6 mixed high note in sing. I think that’s why she’s almost like the main vocalist, she’s like the glue of the group.
I think Amy has many trick up her sleeve and she really surprised me in 2020 with her vocals, her mixed voice is incredible and she does it with so much ease and her agility is amazing. I would love to hear more of her lower register but other than that she’s an amazing vocalist.
Lisa is also an amazing vocalist and she deserves much more recognition for her vocals, her vocals are so strong and the way that she can hit those low notes like it’s nothing is just impressive. And her belting is also really amazing .

@@twkrn Didn't want to say anything but even vocal coaches notice Amy's beautiful tone and range. She is incredible!
@@xxcris20xx she is indeed incredible and it’s hard not to notice Amy’s tone, Shelley’s range or Lisa’s depth a lot of vocal coaches pick that up easily.
I just think that people need to start complementing all of the girls there’s to much focus on only one girl for example you are mostly only focused on Amy and almost only talk about her vocal abilities and rosanne is mostly only focused on Shelley and sometimes Lisa.
But I think that apart from having a bias we need to start applauding all the girls because it seems like you guys ignore what the other girls can do and only focus on your bias. My bias is Shelley but I appreciate and give credit to all the girls

Amy is a whole ace. She sings so beautifully, has an unique tone, great range, and dances so well too (Og3ne was in a dance show 1/2 years ago and Amy's solo performances were the best). And this with only one lung. It's out of this world. 😍
Listen to Beste Zangers 2016 when they do the song from Ed Sheeran (Sings)..Or listen to the Disney medley they done or the medley from Earth, Wind and Fire...or the medley from Bee Gees..
