I will choose Dr. Sherh's oil free moisturizer and dot & key ceramide and barrier repair moisturizer above any of these. I have a combination skin. Cetaphil is definitely good but it is not suited for oily and combination skin they mainly concentrate on dry skin. Not only the oily skin version of cetaphil is more expensive but it is not worth that it.
I will share my story it's been 5 years since I am fighting acne and oily skin I have tried around 10-15 different moisturizer from budget to luxury (150 to 3500) nothing really ever gave me confidence to continue with the product but from last 8months I am using Aroma magic oil free moisturizer and I can't describe in words it's super cheap and just perfect for my skin I am not having any breakout since last 8months and not going to shift for any other moisturizer in near future....give it a chance

The plum moisturizer has saved my skin like nothing else .... If you have combination acne prone / normal to oily skin.... I recommend you plum green tea moisturizer ....
