Never try to play with those long sleeves.. Elbows should be held loosely several inches out from the body. Music higher on a music stand so that you never play with your shoulders hunched and head down... Then get a proper descant recorder eg brown Aulos or Yamaha one and get rid of that dreadful white plastic thing which produces those nasty sounds.. Find a professional woodwind teacher as you need to learn proper articulation and proper breathing.. Otherwise you will continue with this awful broken up beginner sound... This is gold dust advice but you might see it as an attack.. It absolutely is not an attack... You are interested and so you are worth a second of my time to give advice... Good luck!
