If people are still watching this. I wanted to add: I have ksp UCA's (Titan arms) (Squeaky as hell P/U bushings) I do have rough country 18" coils w/4.75" travel-more than most short travels.
other people are now complaining about 5000, 6000 series bilsteins 3" travel and too tight /bouncy bobble heads. Mine came as is.
Remember this! titan swap gives my frontier low key heavy duty parts rated for a heavier truck. does that make sense.

Most lifts use brackets to lift your truck, So although your truck is higher you don't really gain clearance. The titan swap uses OEM parts to get 3"-4" lift without a bracket and wider stance which most people try to achieve with spacers. So this really isn't a cheating or cheap way to lift your truck. Its the right way, you gain everywhere while maintaining good suspension geometry.

I see you know your stuff. However, it has tremendous wheel travel: remember titan swap automatically gives 4" lift with no restrictions and no spacers.
He also added a $1000. extended knuckle that gives his $400 SPC upper arms even more travel then it already has. with his setup add limit straps, back frame joint support and extern reservoir adj rear shocks and he's got a street legal trophy truck. Oh and his prerun bumper is $1000. all prices are a close estimate. HTE is welcome to correct me if I'm wrong.

Has prices gone up that much? Spc's are Like almost 700$ now and a titan swap kit is like 3200 on nisstech....

So what did you do for the wheels did you use 2” wheel spacers in the rear?

200,000 miles is nothing for the 4.0 V6 Nissan engine ! they will go 400,00 + miles easy if taken care of and regular oil changes and maintained.

Nice truck. Too bad it’s 2 wheel drive though. I’ve had those same bed rails, they are top notch.

It's a prerunner, you don't want 4wd for this sort of build

2 wheel drive makes a perfect prerunner truck which is what his bumpers state.

On that truck you don’t need a v-8.

Where can I get a titan suspension

    • @valzlan3321
      @valzlan3321 Před 2 lety +1

Hi alfonso, you will get a nice 4" lift plus more with bigger tires (33's, 35"s)
you need upper/lower titan control arm, inner/outer titan tie rods, extended brake lines, camber bolts, and 18" to 20" coilover shocks. all for front end.
rear: if your rear sticks up get 3" lift blocks, if not get 4" lift blocks remember to get extended u bolts. there are videos called "titan swap" will help you.
I paid exactly $700 dollars. after market upper arms are additional $350.
all this stuff was sent to Hawaii (extra cost)? e.g. struts n shocks $150 to ship. yours will be cheaper if in mainland.
czcams.com/video/5KGi0DbQm-Q/video.html this guy has the torque for all the bolts and why the carriage bolts.
everything came from amazon except-- shocks came from rough country, brake lines came from 4x4 parts. light off road stuff
