Usually a 0K-5A-5D start is bad but not so embarrassingly bad as to enter goosing territory, but that Solitudes Strongholds game was well on its way to being over soon, so Trippy didn't have much time left

Bound is getting better basically every event. Very impressive for SSG to win over two established teams with a guy they just picked up as well.

Both Optic and SSG made roster moves to beat Faze and win titles. So far both teams seem to have made moves to to just that, and depending on how next Major goes it may just keep coming down to SSG vs Optic like year 1! Faze will obviously keep things shaken up and have the potential to win, but it’s going to make for exciting matchups come Sunday’s

So why didn’t optic pic up legend? Mr Frenchy? Why go with penguin, I mean dead zone😅 you can’t help but think he’s still on space station, optic really messed up by picking penguin when there was better choices.
I’ve been saying this since day 1. But the fanboys keep saying “it will take time” sparty, legend, even kuhlect were better choices.
The word of mouth online is Optic originally wanted Stellur but he either couldn't be released from SSG or didn't want to leave. Trippy and DZ had a good relationship and I believe trip reached out to him to come aboard to Optic. I'm guessing DZ was a more realistic pickup for Optic being that Legend was probably getting a very good offer that would alot more difficult to match while they figured out the business with Stellur.
Also, 'better choices' and they 'messed up' is highly opinionated. Optic had a great tournament along with SSG and both teams are only getting better and have already established themselves as year 3 powerhouses.

seriously. Solitude Strongholds btwn other teams (eg some combo of Complexity, Quadrant, Shopify, SEN, & SSG) has produced competitive matches & some quite entertaining comebacks, but as soon as precious Optic suffers a few consecutive embarrassing losses, suddenly the mode's gotta go?
The map and mode had to go because the current spawn system in Solitude cannot work to create scenarios in the spirit of halo infinite's spawn opportunities.
It is the only map you can lay 4 teammates out on and not get boned by tertiary respawns. You can just get them locked blue all game or yard (yellow) all game.
If you have one driveway/yard, one LR, one snipe, one truck/hotel roaming the enemy always spawns blue.

They should definitely not taken this map out of the Halo, this game needs more maps like this, streets, Aqua. Too many awful two flag maps.

I'm an SSG fan...Formal had 50+ in CTF vs SSG in an Optic win. He's definitely still top tier.
