Great video, on which position /hole from above you have adjusted the clip of the neadle?

I don't remember now, I have to check... but you can start from the first position and you change to other position if you need so. There is no exact recipe for this settings, almost every engine has different settings for carburetors.

What is the high pitched "chirp" I hear when its running? I have same thing happening with mine.

I had a problem with the camshaft, described here: czcams.com/video/QwU-Y_M7HQE/video.html . After solving the problem the chirp sound dissapeard. In your case if the the camshaft is not the problem it could be the ignition timing.

Am luat in considerare si acest lucru dar nu am avut timp sa ma ocup, daca fac tutoriale in romana trebuie sa asigur si subtitrare in engleza iar asta mai inseamna o munca in plus la editarea clipurilor.
