I think the reason why Wyoming doesn't show up at 3:28 is because it only shows the top 50 results (It says "Showing top 50 results. Please use exports to view up to 500 results." at the bottom), and since there are 51 entries since it not only counts the 50 states but also Washington D.C., makes it so that the last entry wouldn't show up, with that most likely being Wyoming.

In Malaysia, pointing directly at someone with the index finger is considered rude, unless if it's done casually with those who knows you. If you want to point to someone politely, take the 👍 sign, pull down the thumb but not all the way down, just slightly bent up and point it towards that person gently. I hope this makes sense
I can confirm that the population of the area mythically referred to as "Wyoming" is predominantly hostile winds. They tried to take out my mom and cat in the Uhaul on the way moving to Montana a few years ago.
As someone from the UK I can confirm it is just the back of the hand. Drew, the thing with oxygen is that, regarding a study, it's the reason why our cells (and due to this our bodies) age. So if we didn't breathe oxygen we would be eternally young. The English hand sign is commonly used, but less and less now a days with it being replaces with the middle finger. It allegedly originated as a insult from English longbow men to french soldiers, showing off their fingers used to draw a bow, I heard that the french would also cut these fingers off to prevent the soldiers from being able to use a bow again. It is also common in the uk to “ call come one a wanker” by imitating such gesture with one’s hand.
10:09 Yes specifically the back of the hand it's basically interchangeable with a middle finger. There is some fake story that we did it to show the French we still had our 2 bow shooting fingers as they were cutting them off. Not quite sure what the scenario was that you were close enough to a French man to see his fingers but not close enough to shoot him with a bow. Also the front of the hand is V for victory popularised by Churchill v is the first letter in victory in English, French and Flemish so while some use it for peace it was used in war. He did however do it both palm in and out pretending not to know that it was rude.
