- Hi Skaters, these are such fun, basically a wheelie for quads! They're easily incorporated into so many moves. Have fun with this one.
Happy Rolling

one of the real lessons about manuals.. the arms shooting out and arched back are the counterbalance,to avoid falling backwards..
Definitely need that counterbalance. 💥 🤕
What a great video! You are such a helpful teacher, I am so happy you include drills to practice. No wonder heel manuals have been so hard, I wasn’t flaring 😂❤
It’s amazing what one small change can make. Have fun xx
Thank you teacher 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

These progressive drills are perfect! Thanks!

Yes! I love manuals, but have the hardest time with them. Thanks for the drills! Off to practice.
Have lots of fun x
Yup. I am so scared to do manuals too
I still have a long way to go...anyway thank you very much for this great video
💕💕⭐️⭐️ Have fun and enjoy the journey x
@@Skatie Thank you ❣
This is exactly the video I was looking for! I'd been trying to do double heel stationary manuals & it seemed impossible...now I know I need to flare out!
Sometimes it’s just that one little thing that makes everything click into place. Hope it’s helped you unlock the move. 😎🛼💕⭐️
Adorable, and looks fun
So much fun!
This is the exact progression of practice I need! Thank you:)
Fantastic

You’re welcome! Take your time, you’ve got this. 🛼💕
Found your channel and it is perfect. I want to learn to do these tricks also on ice but the tutorials on ice are still quite complex :( also starting rollerskate lessons soon :D Keep it up Skatie! awesome channel!
Thank you. Hope your skating is going well and you’re having fun 🤩😎🛼💕⭐️⛸️
This exercise is for medium level😮 but it’s very good
Go at your own pace, enjoy the journey xx
Do you bend your knees while doing manuals? I’m on a journey of learning to skate. I just mastered bubbles but can’t transition I don’t know if it’s just that the wheels are sticky. I practice at home too nervous to go outside at the moment.😊
It’s good to keep a soft knee with a slight bend at all times. The heel flare manual requires a slightly straighter knee to balance. Make sure you’ve unlocked backwards skating before learning to transition. I have a video on the way to help with transition drills so that might be a good one for you.
@@Skatie Thank you so much!
Im nervous
Take your time, the confidence will come as you build strength.
